    Hi All

As title - I searched and found this old thread http://www.studiopress.com/support/showthread.php?t=23428 but could not find a file called property-listing.php as described in that thread - maybe this is for an old version?

Can anyone let me know where I can change this please?

    Thank you very much

    Danny 🙂

Your theme was built by Web-Savvy Marketing and they have their own support - http://www.web-savvy-marketing.com/forum/. Because they have customized this theme and use specific plugins - you should contact them.

    Well no actually...

I'm asking a question about a specific plugin which is built by Studiopress, hence why I'm asking in the Studiopress forum -I don't need any help with anything by web savvy - thanks for pointing out who makes it though (you'd think I'd know that since I a purchased it from them).

    and you're a Moderator!

I'm a Pro Plus Studiopress member and the support around here really has gone to sh*t since launching this new forum.

Yea, last time I filled out a support ticket, I was told to ask in the forum, which I did.

If you knew the answer, why didn't you just help from the beginning?

Post count has to do with what exactly?

I used to help people in the old forum whenever I could (yes I had to re-register for this forum, so post count restarted)- I would give them the answer and link to a reference also so they could learn for themselves, as most people did, seams those days are gone.

With your original reply - you pointed out who made the theme, when I was asking about a plugin that had nothing to do with the theme.

I've never been anything other than polite, helpful and thankful in these forums (old and new) and so my previous response was a release of built up frustration at the lack of any sort of help I've received since the change at Studiopress.

My frustration and point I was making still stands of course, however I did not realise Moderators were volunteers so I'll apologise for pointing my frustration in the wrong direction.

    Peace 🙂

I pointed that out in the first reply because that's where SP has always said to point the person. Your Pro Plus doesn't include 3rd party Community Themes as developed by Web Savvy - only Web Savvy can provide you with support for a theme they created. I don't have that theme, didn't know if they embedded the the plugin some way shape or form. The original Agentpress 1.0 did not work by way of a plugin - it was made into the theme.

You did not note that you were using the plugin and that you could not find the file mentioned on the old forum which made me respond that Web Savvy added the functionality to the theme.

The answer is right inside the plugin itself but they don't advocate modifying plugins because each time there is an update, the changes will be overwritten. Therefore you need a "hack" and since the plugin support is very active - you would get a faster response on the plugin support board.

Oh and to answer you question about a post count, you basically were questioning my ability to moderate this forum. Well, I highly doubt that responding to that many posts would rendered some useless response as you so kindly tried to say. Just because it's not the answer you were looking for, doesn't make it stupid.
