Can you share which plugin caused this issue so we can make a note of that?

AnitaKeymasterIt seems to be working fine now. But it looks like you are modifying the Genesis Framework and not using a child theme. If you modify the framework, your changes will be overwritten when the framework is updated. I suggest you use the free Genesis Sample theme.

AnitaKeymasterThe images are stilled linked to your staging area.

AnitaKeymasterIs that causing a white screen, locking you out, etc. When and where are you seeing it? Using Classic Editor or with Gutenberg (blocks) enabled? And post a link to the website. **Edited to add: Also, check your PHP version.**

December 29, 2018 at 5:10 pm in reply to: Moving book meta to a sidebar with the Author Pro Plugin #225311AnitaKeymasterI see you posted on the plugin support page. I responded there, but will provide this here as well.
Someone else asked this question and the answer was provided here - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/add-sidebar-to-book-pages/.

AnitaKeymasterI don't think that is on the roadmap at all for WPEngine/StudioPress. Most people have not had any issues to 5.0.2. I haven't seen any at least. I haven't had any at all and I manage 23 websites.

AnitaKeymasterLook for this in your stylesheet:
.sidebar .widget-title { background-color: #000; color: #fff; font-size: 12px; margin-bottom: 30px; margin-top: -67px; padding: 20px; text-align: center; }
Change it to this:
.sidebar .widget-title, .welcome-message .widget-title { background-color: #000; color: #fff; font-size: 12px; margin-bottom: 30px; margin-top: -67px; padding: 20px; text-align: center; }

AnitaKeymasterEverything looks fine for me. Did you resolve it? If not, what browser are you using?

December 28, 2018 at 9:19 pm in reply to: Child Theme Starter Recommendation for New Gutenberg Sites #225290AnitaKeymasterI haven't seen anyone launch or announce their updated starter themes yet, but follow along on the #GenesisWP Twitter handle and you'll probably see it out there. A lot of things get announced on Twitter under the hashtag.

December 26, 2018 at 6:43 pm in reply to: Polylang changes homepage setting from static to posts page #225242AnitaKeymasterHave you taken a look at the Polylang instructions? There are instructions, "Define your home page as a static page" here - https://polylang.pro/doc/define-your-home-page-as-a-static-page/. The issue you are experiencing is unrelated to the theme but the plugin settings.

December 26, 2018 at 6:23 pm in reply to: I receive a warning message in the admin panel of Breakthrough Pro #225241AnitaKeymasterBy chance are you using the Genesis Translations plugin on your site? If so, there was a bug in the plugin. Have you updated all of your plugins?

December 26, 2018 at 10:11 am in reply to: Issues Between Thrive Headline Optimizer Plugin & Authority Pro Theme #225234AnitaKeymasterHi Luis, sorry that didn't work. Unfortunately Genesis themes are not compatible with all plugins and you've posted several inquiries here in the forum asking how to make Genesis work with the plugin. Maybe a more proficient code developer will see your posts and will be able to assist you.

December 25, 2018 at 10:24 pm in reply to: Issues Between Thrive Headline Optimizer Plugin & Authority Pro Theme #225230AnitaKeymasterI don't have the Thrive plugin but you can try commenting out or removing line 47 in functions.php which looks like this:
// Includes subtitle markup and filters. require_once get_stylesheet_directory() . '/lib/subtitles.php';
Keep in mind that should you decide not to use the plugin, you'll need to add it back. Be sure to clear any caching. See if that will work for you.

December 1, 2018 at 9:44 pm in reply to: Sample Theme: Mobile menu flashes open on page load. #224772AnitaKeymasterSridhar actually has a fix for this on this post, instructing users to install Gary Jones’ Genesis JS / No JS plugin and adding this CSS:
.js nav { display: none; } @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) { .js nav { display: block; } }

AnitaKeymasterGenesis Sample does not include the breadcrumb code in the child theme. It's pulling the breadcrumbs from the framework. Breakthrough Pro has included the breadcrumb code on lines 211-213. So adding a new function at the bottom the way he was doing it would not work because of the priority. That's why I suggested he remove his code and change it on Line 213.
