Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Greetings! I am using Firebug to look at my site and noticed a few errors reading as follows:

jjquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2
responsive-menu.js?ver=1.0.0:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ responsive-menu.js?ver=1.0.0:1
parallax.js?ver=1.0.0:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ parallax.js?ver=1.0.0:1
essb-mailform.js?ver=3.0.2:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ essb-mailform.js?ver=3.0.2:2(anonymous function) @ essb-mailform.js?ver=3.0.2:2
jquery.cycle2.js:689Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ jquery.cycle2.js:689

My understanding is minimal: I know what jquery is, and that some type of coding error or conflict has occured.
I am wondering... Did I cause this error? Everything seems to be working- should I do anything? What is the exact cause- a plugin?

Somehow something happeded to change the WordPress function that loads jQuery. WordPress normally loads the following two jQuery files:

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://victorfont.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js'></script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://victorfont.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js'></script>

Your site is missing the first line that loads jQuery. The first file your site is loading is jQuery Migrate that depends on jQuery. Don't know how this happened, but this is going to be some difficult troubleshooting.
