I can't find the editor option in Modern Blogger Pro. In all my other themes, I can edit my CSS code but there is no option on my site. Is there an upgrade or fix for this issue?

Modern Blogger Pro is a third party theme. Third Party Themes are made by members of the StudioPress design community. These themes are documented and supported by the individual developers who built them. If you don't have the option to edit your stylesheet, then you need to talk to your hosting company. There is nothing in any of the Pretty Darn Cute Design themes which prevent editing.
