They're different heights, but they're aligned perfectly. You should know that Genesis connect has absolutely nothing to do with WooCommerce CSS.

add_filter( 'genesis_nav_items', 'wsm_top_search_form', 10, 2 ); add_filter( 'wp_nav_menu_items', 'wsm_top_search_form', 10, 2 );

Have you requested your free website audit yet?July 18, 2016 at 2:09 pm in reply to: Featured widgets reappearing under footer in Minimum Pro #189757Victor FontModeratorThe last three lines in front-page shouldn't be there. You're running the Genesis functions, completing the [age, then removing the loop and running the Genesis functions a second time. What are you actually trying to do?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorChild themes don't receive security updates. All security updates would be applied to the Genesis Framework. The change log is in the Genesis directory. It's called CHANGELOG.md.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe Altitude Pro front page widget areas are flexible widget areas, which means the configuration is designed to change depending on the number of widgets you have in those sections. This is normal behavior and explained in the theme setup instructions: http://my.studiopress.com/setup/altitude-pro-theme/front-page-setup/front-page-layout-configurations/

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorShowcase Pro has two style sheets, style.css and style-front.css. The latter has the CSS for the front page, but you don't seem to be loading it any longer, because it's styles are not being shown.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorDid you create your own header right widget area? The built-in Genesis header right area is deactivated in the Showcase theme, which means the CSS for header right is not in the style sheet. You could have just reactivated the built-in header right and copied the CSS from the Genesis Sample theme. I suggest you copy that CSS anyway and apply it to your header right area.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe WordPress query executes before the Genesis Loop. The loop simply displays the results of the query. If you want to display a specific post_type, you have to use WordPress filters. This should work if you apply it to your page_template. If not, you have to add it to functions.php and place a conditional wrapper around the query->set so it only executes for the project page template.
function vmf_query_filter($query) { $query->set( 'post_type', array('project') ); return $query; }; add_filter('pre_get_posts', 'vmf_query_filter');

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorFor some themes, if you haven't assigned a featured image to the post, they will use the first image embedded in the post. Make sure the posts that are displaying the full size images actually have featured images assigned to them.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorChild themes rarely if ever need updating. If you do decide to update a child theme, if you have no customizations, just FTP the new theme to copy it over the over the old. Most customizations will be in functions.php and style.css. If you have customizations, you would have to compare the old to the new and copy the customizations from the old to the new.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorLet me see if I understand. You created a new widget area, added a text widget to the widget area, and want the text to appear on the blog page. How are you displaying the new widget area on the blog page? Is that what you're asking? If that is what you're asking, Showcase Pro has a custom page-header.php in the theme's /lib/ directory. You would need to modify that file to display the new widget area.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorElement IDs should be unique. The IDs he's referring to are in the Genesis eNews Widget. There's nothing you can do to change that since you are using the widget twice on the page. If you run your page through a HTML validator, it will produce a warning, not an error. Here;s more about IDs and Classes: https://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/global.html#h-7.5.2
