Thank you, Victor, that's helpful. Justified Image Grid is a plugin I'm using on my home page. I'll contact the developer and ask for their suggestions.January 23, 2021 at 2:46 am in reply to: Design Palette Pro – How do I renew my subscription??? #502792
If I remember correctly, you can renew your license directly from the plugin intself. Go to the License tab and take it from there. Good luck.November 17, 2020 at 6:05 am in reply to: What is your preferred Content Delivery Network (CDN) to increase PageSpeed? #501950
I'm no expert so please take my suggestions with a pinch of salt. I've just been through an exercise to speed up my own website. I ended up commissioning the team at ShortPixel to do a review for me. You find out about the service they offer here. I was delighted by the help they provided. They recommend using GTmetrix for page speed insights. I hope this is helpful and good luck.
Good luck, sounds like that's the best way forward.
Yes, if you log in to My StudioPress, it should be listed under the Themes & Plugins tab. That's how it works for me, anyway.
FWIW, I updated it without a hitch earlier today.
I use a plugin:
Genesis Simple Edits lets you edit the three most commonly modified areas in any Genesis theme: the post-info, the post-meta, and the footer area.
Hope this helps.
When there’s a Genesis update it appears (for me, at any rate) under Updates just like with WordPress itself and the plugins I use. Have you looked there?
Good luck and all the best.
Magic – works like a charm! Thank you so much, Anita. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out here. I wish I had your coding skills. All the best.
Can anyone help me with this challenge or even suggest where else to go for help? Please let me know.
Victor, I'm in your debt. So easy when you know how. You knew, I didn't. I'd love to be able to reciprocate sometime. Thank you for your clear and helpful instructions.
Well, it’s strange, Anita. This seems to be the only instance and it’s appeared since I updated my website to Genesis v.3 and eleven40 Pro to 2.2.3 from 2.2.1. Can you suggest what might be causing it and what to do about it? Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.
Brilliant. That works like a charm! Thank you so much.
One other question, if I may. I'd like to get rid of that heading "Footer". For the time being, I've used Design Palette Pro to make the text colour white so it's now invisible but it's still taking up space. When I inspect it in Chrome it identifies as:
<h2 class="genesis-sidebar-title screen-reader-text">Footer</h2>
How can I get rid of it?
Just noticed that the problem is on desktop browsers as well. Please help!May 26, 2019 at 12:13 pm in reply to: Adding simple bio, photos and weblink : Seeking plugin #491346
I don't have any experience with either of the themes you mention. I do use Genesis with the the eleven40 Pro theme, which hasn't been updated either. I've had no issues with Gutenberg.
Facebook changed up their Share Count API on 18th of April. Whatever social sharing plugin you're using, perhaps it hasn't been updated to take account of this.
Or get Genesis Simple Edits plugin.April 16, 2019 at 9:05 am in reply to: I am a beginner to WordPress ,Can I succeed with Studiopress #490687
Absolutely. Jump in and try. That's what I did about three years ago and I haven't looked back since – https://www.aenigma-images.com. Plug-ins can make a big difference and when you need help there are various forums at which to seek it. Good luck!
