You could either directly embed your video or use this plugin to set up the video as a background: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-background/
Sridhar KatakamParticipantSridhar KatakamParticipantI see from your comment that it is solved.
I am looking into your other request.
Thanks for the recommendation.
Sridhar KatakamParticipantCan be done using Slideout.js. Search for
side menu
in https://sridharkatakam.com/archive/.Alternately, if you want to use a plugin there is https://robincornett.com/downloads/superside-me/.
Sridhar KatakamParticipantWhen you say "at the top", where exactly?
Between the site header/nav and site inner?
This can be set up in any child theme. Which one do you want to use/are using?
Sridhar KatakamParticipantWorked fine. You just need to do a hard refresh in your browser.
Cmd + Shift + R on Mac
Ctrl + F5 on PC
Sridhar KatakamParticipantIn the theme's style.css, locate
.page-header:before { content: ''; display: block; position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; right: 0; bottom: 0; background-color: rgba(20, 30, 40, 0.82); z-index: 1; pointer-events: none; }
and change
background-color: rgba(20, 30, 40, 0.82);
to
background-color: rgba(20, 30, 40, 0.42);
Sridhar KatakamParticipantAdd in child theme's style.css:
.home .content .entry { border-bottom: double #ddd; }
Sridhar KatakamParticipantThey are not, as can be seen at the theme demo: https://demo.studiopress.com/parallax/
Sridhar KatakamParticipantHave you set the layout to the one with right sidebar when you edit that Page?
Sridhar KatakamParticipantOr just one that executes just before the closing <HEAD> element?
Have you tried
wp_head
?
Sridhar KatakamParticipantReg #2, you could follow the same process as #1.
Place 3 widgets in FP6 widget area, edit front-page.php, add your desired section heading the HTML for the hyperlink to read more testimonials and add CSS as necessary.
Sridhar KatakamParticipantSridhar KatakamParticipantYou can export a full backup of your site in a single click using the free All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Sridhar KatakamParticipantYou could set that up using Mobble's
is_mobile()
and get_template_part() in the appropriate template file likefront-page.php
.
Sridhar KatakamParticipantJust tested the theme demo site as well as your site in the latest version of Firefox in my MacBook Pro and the fixed background as we scroll works fine.
btw, your site uses Altitude Pro not Parallax Pro.
Sridhar KatakamParticipantTo reduce the space you could inspect the elements in question using dev tools of Google Chrome and add the corresponding CSS.
Ex.:
.page-id-77 .content .entry { padding-bottom: 0; margin-bottom: 0; }
Take a full backup of your site before you try the following.
For a page that shows the list of all your blog posts, you could create an empty static Page named say, "Blog" and set it as Posts page at Settings > Reading.
Also create a blank Page called say, "Home" and set it as the static homepage at Settings > Reading.
Sridhar KatakamParticipantCan you provide the specifics of how you want them to be different?
Sridhar KatakamParticipantSridhar KatakamParticipantDoes parallax scrolling on the official theme demo, https://demo.studiopress.com/parallax/ work in her Firefox?
