I'm using Parallax Pro and the scrolling looks great on my computer, but on my friend's iPad and computer, there is no scroll. Why? How do I fix this? Is this a device settings issue?
How can I be assured that the world at large is seeing the scroll?
Also the bg img is truncated/ not fully rendered. Is this related?Thanks!

Seems you are right re the tablet. I'm developing on iOS and it's working fine on my computer but my friend has an air. Are airs using iOS instead of Sierra (or whatever we are on now)?Thanks!
KNo. Air should be running macOS and not iOS.
Which browser is the problem in on your friend's Air?
Does parallax scrolling on the official theme demo, https://demo.studiopress.com/parallax/ work in her Firefox?

Yeah, she says no scrolling there either.

Just tested the theme demo site as well as your site in the latest version of Firefox in my MacBook Pro and the fixed background as we scroll works fine.
btw, your site uses Altitude Pro not Parallax Pro.
