MemberYep, thanks, all looking good.
Last question, any idea how to hide the title, apart form just removing it from identity.

MemberBrad, thanks for the response.
That's worked, I'm just about there, must be some padding somewhere I'll look for. And the title still appears despite 'false' in the custom header block.
I appreciate your help.

MemberBrad, thanks for link above. I am following it but am not seeing a full size image.
On Opera I get a much reduced image, Same on Safari except Safari has the reduced image overlaying the site-title and tag-line.

MemberVictor, holy smoke, I am sat here half embarrassed and half laughing!
Thank you for spotting that plugin, I don't even remember installing it! You wouldn't believe the time I have spent trying to stop the scrolling.
I'm going to blame it on working alone, you guys are the 'second pair of eyes' that a handy colleague would provide.
Thank you!

MemberChristoph,
Useful, thank you.
Its funny, either I've done something odd or that isn't the page that was there initially,
Anyway, that will do nicely ... or would have done if I hadn't decided just to move onto another theme!
Thanks again.

MemberThanks Brad, just to avoid confusion not All themes in the Pro Plus package come with setup instructions, the 3rd party 'theme setup' buttons take you out to their site, where you are at the mercy of how they operate.
Edit, some 3rd party ones take you out to some readable instructions. Jessica does not.

MemberActually, just changed the settings for no sidebar and default template now works ok.
sp65
MemberThanks Brad.
I have normally created a pre-header widget are and used that for the contact details.
Its just interesting that the theme demos rely on a 'contact' page and contact details in the footer. None of them ever display contact phone or emails. They're obviously designed that way.

MemberI should add that the reason for considering prebuilt product themes is to use the experience/knowledge of others, rather than continually guessing/testing our own ideas. It would be a good test for the next testing period.

Memberand inadvertently its freed up some space to make the logo look better and not squashed into the top of the page!
sp65
MemberPerfect!
Thank you very much for replying, much appreciated.
sp65
MemberThank you, you really helped me there. I thought the image was ok and it was a css issue.
Couldn't see for looking.
Cheers.
sp65
MemberThanks, no I didn't close the <H6> bad practice but was happy to let the rest of the page be <H6>
sp65
MemberGot it!
I had never heard of a CLEAR
<BR CLEAR=ALL>
All sorted. Thanks for reading.
sp65
MemberThat's really useful, thank you for your help.
sp65
MemberThanks for that. I was trying to make the css changes to the widget area and not the individual Pages. For now I have moved some pages to posts which is a bit lazy, but will do until I can work. M around the CSS.
thanks.
sp65
MemberThanks for looking in.
the site lives here http://www.heart2herts-counselling.org
It's currently using modern portfolio out of the box, but with featured pages instead of featured posts
sp65

sp65
