It would be a great idea to ensure 3rd party theme providers put up their setup instructions here alongside yours.

I am chasing around trying to get instructions for one and its not easy.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Note: All the themes in the StudioPress Pro Plus package include setup instructions linked to from the download page.

Thanks Brad, just to avoid confusion not All themes in the Pro Plus package come with setup instructions, the 3rd party 'theme setup' buttons take you out to their site, where you are at the mercy of how they operate.

Edit, some 3rd party ones take you out to some readable instructions. Jessica does not.

3rd party theme developers do support on there themes they have on here and hence most of them direct you to there website to get instructions or even support. This is something that you should get in touch with the theme creator with. Perhaps the creator is not aware of the struggles.

I'm a pro plus client as well and this issue does not bother me.

    Hi,

if you think something should be improved, please let the official Studiopress support know ( at my.studiopress.com/help )
Taking Jessica as example, it takes one additional click to get to the pdf with setup instructions.

    Christoph,

    Useful, thank you.

Its funny, either I've done something odd or that isn't the page that was there initially,

Anyway, that will do nicely ... or would have done if I hadn't decided just to move onto another theme!

    Thanks again.

It would be really good idea, but does it really work here?
