The first thing I did was reach out to the theme designer, and (1) they had no idea what I was talking about, and then (2) told me this was a Genesis problem. I didn't think it was given that nobody else seems to be having this problem nor was I before using their theme.

Is there anything you could tell me that I could pass along to them so they might take responsibility and help?
