Can anyone give me some guidance on how I can make the logo inline with the navigation, social icons, and search? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

It's on a work-in-progress staging site right now. Thanks. https://sarahsbakestudio.wpstagecoach.com/

There is no easy way to do that. Some themes come with a Header Right Widget area that can contain the navigation. Your header and navigation would need to be re-constructed to sit inline with each other.
