Genesis Featured Posts Widget Sizing Off

When I try to use the Genesis Featured Posts widget in my sidebar, it doesn't matter what options I select, everything gets slimed down to one-fourth of the sidebar size. So if select 1 - it's all smooshed into one-fourth of the sidebar, rather than utilizing the entire sidebar. Is this a Genesis thing or Theme thing? Am I missing something here?

This issue is actually related to your theme which is by Anchored Designs. You should reach out to them here - https://docs.anchoreddesign.com/request-support/. They may have a solution already for you.

You could try adding this, but you'd need to also make sure the code works the way you'd like on mobile devices. You may not want them 100% on some of them.

The first thing I did was reach out to the theme designer, and (1) they had no idea what I was talking about, and then (2) told me this was a Genesis problem. I didn't think it was given that nobody else seems to be having this problem nor was I before using their theme.

Is there anything you could tell me that I could pass along to them so they might take responsibility and help?

Sure, I did a video you can share with them.

The sidebar is picking up the CSS from the Blog page grid which is in fourths and set at a width of 23.076923076923077%. I demonstrate this in the video.
