Thank you for replying again Anita. My site is at http://empowerpy.co.uk
I have added the code into the additional CSS box as you suggested and as you will be able to see from the site my header is now black when scrolling down and there is a dark shadow that is apparent when scrolling down the page. This is most noticeable on section 3 of the home page. This area has a completely white background but this is not the case at the moment. Due to the dark scrolling shadow it is black when you get to the end of this section.
If you can help me to change the colour of this shadow to something lighter, more uplifting or as a last resort, remove this dark shadow when scrolling down the page I would be ever so grateful.

Thank you Anita. Unfortunately this just changes the colour of the header and it was the dark shadow that you get when scrolling down the page that I was really looking to remove. I have already changed the header to white and adding that to the Additional CSS box just turned it black again but nothing else changed unfortunately

Thank you Marcy. I am sorry, I did not put the header image in yet. I have added it now, as yes, it is an image I would like to use rather than text - sorry to have caused confusion. Do you know what changes I need to make so that the whole of header image length shows and is centred please?
