Any other ideas for this one? I'm still stuck on it.
mickmelMemberIt's a bit complicated, but I've used this tutorial with a few sites and it's worked great:
http://blackhillswebworks.com/2013/05/10/how-to-replace-the-studiopress-background-header-image-with-a-real-image-logo/mickmelMemberYou have a couple of options.
First, you could just add something like this to your stylesheet for each on that you want centered:
.page-id-1492 .entry-title {
text-align: center;
}The other option would be to hide those titles and just use your own H1's at the top of the page copy itself, then style each one as you see fit.
mickmelMemberAt approximately line 2283 in your main style.css file it sets the search to "display: none;". Remove that line and you should be good.
mickmelMemberPerhaps it's just the admin bar that's making things look odd? It seems ok to me. Try logging out and see how the site looks for you.
mickmelMemberI'm not seeing an odd red box on the site. Is it in a particular browser? Or have you solved it?
mickmelMemberAbsolutely. That site is private, but here is a test site that has the same situation set up right now:

mickmelMemberI believe this would work:
.entry-title {
display: none;
}mickmelMemberCreate a new page titled "blog" (or anything else you want, really), then choose "blog" from the "template" area of the page editing screen. That page will now show your blog posts, so you can just insert it into the menu.
mickmelMemberIt's because you didn't title the posts, so the theme put those links in to give users some way to access the actual post.
Your better bet would be to give them a proper title, and then perhaps hide it via css if you don't want it to show up.
mickmelMemberI do most everything via FTP, but that's just personal preference. However, you'll want to have an FTP solution ready and working in case something goes wrong and breaks your WP install and you need to repair it manually (timed out theme upgrade, misplaced semicolon in a file, etc).

You'll want to do similar to the 580px entry near line 1608, which takes over after the first responsive breakpoint. Subsequent breaks will put the sidebar below the main content so it won't matter.
