I'm building a site that has featured pages on the front page http://oakleysteel.staging.wpengine.com/

I want to create a single menu item that says blog and links through to all my posts

I'm using Genesis/Corporate with a dynamic front page with a a featured page in feature and then 6 pages in Middle 1/2/3 so changing the reading setting destroys that.

A bit lost on how to solve this so any advice gratefully received

Create a new page titled "blog" (or anything else you want, really), then choose "blog" from the "template" area of the page editing screen. That page will now show your blog posts, so you can just insert it into the menu.

Create a page and with the title Blog and select the Blog Template and save it. Then add that page to the menu.
