    This what exactly right! All fixed now....I used the Cutom HTML widget and added it to Front Page 3. Funny how sometimes the very thing you are missing is right in front of you...so simple but was checking everywhere but the obvious.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Hi again -- it's not the background images....its the images in section 3 that have disappeared - the monochrome pro demo has png images with the words "Minimalism, WHITESPACE, Barcelona, etc..... also referred in the set-up guide as the Column Image Block section. If you compare section 3 of the monochrome pro demo to our site they are missing and not sure why..

    Does this help in any way to clarify the problem? Appreciate any insight you an offer 🙂

    Hi Anita - thanks for your reply. You are saying you see images on our website in section 3 of the front page? We don’t see them at all nor do we have a plug in using the lazy loading....can you elaborate please on a solution?

    Thanks.

    If I reinstall the theme we’ll
    Lose the customizations we’ve done over the years right? Anyway to check why the images are missing?

    Silly -- categories were wrongly selected on recent posts creating the error.

    Thanks Brad - you were right! I had to go to Genesis - Themes- Header - re-upload logo and set setting to advance to reflect the 320X120 size. Off since the theme has the default logo.png file in folder -- but it worked!

    Thank you!

    Is there a way to revert back to Genesis 1.8? Perhaps that caused the issue? Any other guidance appreciated?

    Hi again -
    Within Genesis > Theme Settings > Header > there is no check box. I have the Crystal Child Theme 1.0. I see there was an updated made on this theme 3/5/13 to v 1.0.1 -- not sure of that would fix the check box that I'm not seeing?

    Hi Brad -
    I performed two tasks - updated all plugins then changed the post edit field in Simple Edits. After that is when it was noticed. I changed the post edit field back to original -- no fix. So perhaps it was in the Genesis 1.8 to 2.1 upgrade or the Genesis Simple Header plugin update?

    At a loss. . .

    Ok - I got it - I had to adjust the width on the header.widget area
    #header .widget-area {
    float: right;
    width: 50%;
    }

    Whew.

    Hi - I followed the instructions of Doak "The proper way to add a logo image in lieu of the Site Title & Description is here. "

    But logo is floating higher (blank space below). I have checked the image of 350px X 90px matches .css

    background: url( 'images/Elitelogoweb.png' ) no-repeat;
    display: block;
    float: left;
    height: 90px;
    overflow: hidden;
    padding: 0;
    text-indent: -9999px;
    width: 350px;

    When changing width to 250px it's back to a singe space but logo is cut short.
