Have Monochrome theme for years but recently noticed the images are now missing. Not sure if it was due to an update we installed or if the developer we had working on the site last year made an error-- but the images we had are missing now...
Here's what the original names were:

https://demo.studiopress.com/monochrome/files/2017/04/barcelona-https://demo.studiopress.com/monochrome/files/2017/04/smooth-vanilla.pngWe replaced these with our wp-content uploads which still show in the media library but not on our website. Any idea how to fix the issue? The Studiopress walk-thru guide shows a Column > Image Block which doesn't show-up either when navigating to that section on our site---perhaps I need the Genesis Block plugin now?
Thanks,

Lose the customizations we’ve done over the years right? Anyway to check why the images are missing?November 10, 2020 at 3:58 pm #501863KalvikParticipantHi - is someone able to help on this matter?
November 11, 2020 at 5:49 am #501873AnitaKeymasterI see images. Most times if featured images are not loading, it is due lazing loading being used in a plugin.

November 11, 2020 at 8:23 am #501879KalvikParticipantHi Anita - thanks for your reply. You are saying you see images on our website in section 3 of the front page? We don’t see them at all nor do we have a plug in using the lazy loading....can you elaborate please on a solution?
Thanks.
November 11, 2020 at 8:48 am #501880AnitaKeymasterThe text widget code you provided above is not on your home page at all. I see background images where they should be.

November 11, 2020 at 11:54 am #501886KalvikParticipantHi again -- it's not the background images....its the images in section 3 that have disappeared - the monochrome pro demo has png images with the words "Minimalism, WHITESPACE, Barcelona, etc..... also referred in the set-up guide as the Column Image Block section. If you compare section 3 of the monochrome pro demo to our site they are missing and not sure why..
Does this help in any way to clarify the problem? Appreciate any insight you an offer 🙂
November 11, 2020 at 12:20 pm #501889AnitaKeymasterViewing your source code, you only have one widget in there and not two. See the theme documentation on how to set that up.

November 11, 2020 at 4:51 pm #501894KalvikParticipantThis what exactly right! All fixed now....I used the Cutom HTML widget and added it to Front Page 3. Funny how sometimes the very thing you are missing is right in front of you...so simple but was checking everywhere but the obvious.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
