    Crystal Theme:
Our site was looking exactly like the demo (header = Image/Logo on the left and then to the right we had our custom menu).

Something happened today (Genesis updates, etc) and now no image/logo is being shown on the left -- only the site title and tagline -- I checked the cpanel file folder and the logo.png is still in the folder but not showing up on the website.

    Any suggestions please?

    Thanks you.

Did you modify/add and code or widgets or change any settings?

    Hi Brad -
I performed two tasks - updated all plugins then changed the post edit field in Simple Edits. After that is when it was noticed. I changed the post edit field back to original -- no fix. So perhaps it was in the Genesis 1.8 to 2.1 upgrade or the Genesis Simple Header plugin update?

    At a loss. . .

Is your theme HTML 5 enabled?

Try checking the box for image logo rather than dynamic text by going to Genesis > Theme Settings > Header > Use for site title/logo > logo

    Hi again -
Within Genesis > Theme Settings > Header > there is no check box. I have the Crystal Child Theme 1.0. I see there was an updated made on this theme 3/5/13 to v 1.0.1 -- not sure of that would fix the check box that I'm not seeing?

Is there a way to revert back to Genesis 1.8? Perhaps that caused the issue? Any other guidance appreciated?

Deactivate plugins and clear your browser cache and see if that fixes the problem.

Can you link to your site please.

Thanks Brad - you were right! I had to go to Genesis - Themes- Header - re-upload logo and set setting to advance to reflect the 320X120 size. Off since the theme has the default logo.png file in folder -- but it worked!

    Thank you!
