Obviously, keeping the support having with a single payment that gives lifetime access to the support issues is obvious that is not profitable by StudioPress.But I would be willing to pay an amount of money per month, for obtain the themes support one by one, without I have to pay a very high amount to a programmer.
Some idea could be 2 packages, with support (with a month fee) or without it.

Hello Brian, is this complicating restoring our access as Pro Plus Members, eventhough I put the transaction number in the requirement.We are asking for email confirmation from where the payment run and I'm not sure I saved that information. I design only with Genesis and I have 4 projects delayed. You could help us, it is very simple to check my status on the old platform and you will see that I am Pro Plus Members. Unfortunately my English is not very good, and no doubt of this is causing problems.
