I had checked the Debug line in the config.php

And i have looked at the arrays in my functions.php and can't find a discrepancy. I am at a lost. Especially since I have deleted all the plugins and custom add-ons in the functions.php file.

I realize that it takes tweaking, and I am sure I am missing something. Which is why I posed the question in the forum. Trying to figure this stuff for myself.

If you can help or at least point me in the right tutorial direction I would appreciate it.
This will be the first time I go in and tweak the PHP, so the more basic the tutorial probably the better.
