Thanks Brad. Worked great. I just thought it would be more difficult. Just goes to show the simple solution is often the best.
hacketteParticipantThanks Brad, I thought of that but am not sure how to implement it.
Wouldn't they still fall in the order they are now in the desktop view? Also, where/how would I add a bunch of stuff that isn't in the desktop view (or would I add them all in the right header and then just turn on or off display depending in which screen size)?hacketteParticipantI solved this. I forgot the image was not in the header but was a separate div in Genesis hooks. I merely had to add the alt there. Thanks for your help.
hacketteParticipantThanks, the info in the link worked great, but I dont understand what you are saying with everything else.
hacketteParticipantIt has an alt tag in the media library, but it is not showing up in view-source for any page.
hacketteParticipantAfter looking at it, I think the easiest way to change the header logo image only is to use Genesis Simple Hooks and unhook the site title and add some conditional code in there. Thanks for getting me thinking differently.
hacketteParticipantThank you Brad, that has me half way there. After I remove the header, then how do I replace a header for the one page?
hacketteParticipantI am not clear which default function I would remove and from where. My functions file doesnt have any header functions. I am not clear how to replace the default genesis header.php into my template. When I added the default into my theme folder it broke it- and that was with no changes.
As I said, I need more clarification. I understand the theory of what I need to do, but need some specifics. Thanks for any help.
