I have a child theme based on education-pro which has to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines.

I need to add an alt tag to the logo. I have no idea how to resolve that. Any help would be appreciated.

The image is in your uploads folder, so you should be able to go into Media > Library find your image and add your alt tag information there.

It has an alt tag in the media library, but it is not showing up in view-source for any page.

I solved this. I forgot the image was not in the header but was a separate div in Genesis hooks. I merely had to add the alt there. Thanks for your help.
