You can create gallery to new page or any page just by clicking button "NextGEN Gallery - Attach to post" in visual mode.

I think uploading issue might have something to do with your ftp and/or folder permissions.

Its not really in production yet.

I have temperaturelly moved footer to the other side of page becouse it was directly below embedded chat icon. Hah, maybe i try to add couple of br html code somewhere bottom to get chat invite button more lower.
