Just found this thread after Wordfence informed me that Genesis Simple Edits has been removed from wordpress.org. For instructions on how to replace it, I found this helpful page: https://www.wendycholbi.com/the-genesis-simple-edits-plugin-is-no-longer-necessary/

Final note: Also, I just found this Help page, which states:

The following themes have been updated to include new Gutenberg features:

    Altitude Pro
    Authority Pro
    Breakthrough Pro
    Essence Pro
    Genesis Sample
    Infinity Pro
    Magazine Pro
    Monochrome Pro

Okay, I dug deeper and will attempt to answer my own question: when I go to my Pro Plus "My Themes" page and sort them by Last Updated, then judging from the descriptions on the Details and Pricing page for each theme, it seems that most of the themes that have been updated since about October 2020 are block-based, or at least block-capable or block-friendly. Older themes don't mention blocks in their descriptions, though I'm sure they could be used with Gutenberg also.

The only themes I could find that are specifically described as a "block-based theme" are most of the Mai themes - Mai Success, Mai Studio, Mai Reach, Mai Delight, and Mai Prosper (but not Mai Law).

For all of the themes that have a marketing video - like Authority Pro, Revolution Pro, Navigation Pro, Magazine Pro, Monochrome Pro, Essence Pro - the videos say it includes starter packs with "block-based demo content".

Some (like Coaching Plus) also list "Gutenberg Block Editor" as a feature.

Hope this helps someone. I'm not digging any deeper, just wanted some hints on which themes would be a good place for me to start exploring an eventual transition from using Beaver Builder to Gutenberg for my clients.

Hi Victor - where can I find "Genesis/Theme Setting/Content Archives" in these forums? I have the exact same problem as Steve - I find the Search function of these forums virtually unusable, because the search results show the entire post's contents for each result, adding way too much extra time required to scroll through all the results. A few years ago, that was not the case with these forums - search results used to just show excerpts, making it easy and fast to scroll down through all the results.

I've been searching the site for Forum settings that might allow me to choose what results I see, but I'm not finding it anywhere. Any hints or help would be most appreciated.

Not that long ago, when I did a search on these very helpful forums, the results appeared in a concise list with titles and very short excerpts, so you could scroll down quickly and find the most relevant results. Now I can't find how to get that - I just did a search and the results show some huge long posts (especially if they contain code). Makes it really painful to scroll through even a single result sometimes, and impossible to scan all the results quickly. Is this feature lost, or is there a setting somewhere that I'm not seeing?

(And while I'm asking questions, has the link to the forums been removed from the StudioPress top menu on purpose, or again, and I just missing something?)

Thanks in advance for any info.

    - Frank
