Looks like the Genesis Simple Edits plugin is now retired. What's the best way now to control the info shown on posts? I've been removing date and author.

Just found this thread after Wordfence informed me that Genesis Simple Edits has been removed from wordpress.org. For instructions on how to replace it, I found this helpful page: https://www.wendycholbi.com/the-genesis-simple-edits-plugin-is-no-longer-necessary/

Per @david-vogelpohlwpengine-com the plugin will still receive security updates even if it's not available for download. This was discussed in Genesis Slack this morning.
