Member@netviper, sorry about that - looking back now I see I missed your post.
The bottom line is that forums are hard to scale with so many users. A lot of posts, etc get lost, get hijacked with other inquiries and so on. The one on one support is for our users to know they can come to a place where things won't fall through the cracks.
Folks are more than welcome to come here and ask Genesis questions if they like, under the pretenses that it is a community forum where folks from the public can (and more than likely) will help.

MemberThanks for the suggestions, we'll see what we can do. On the downloads page we only have so much space to designate things, but I'll consider doing something. As for the sortable fields, that's another suggestion that we can consider. Once we get through the initial surge of the launch, we'll address these type of things.

MemberLise, we apologize for the difficulty you are having in accessing the StudioPress site. Â We had an overwhelming response to our announcement email and our server administrator is working as quickly as possible to get the site(s) back online.
Please bear with us as we work through these issues and try back a little later in the day to complete the registration and password reset process.

MemberAll of the theme downloads will be located in the My.SP portal. We're not finished with the import process, which explains why you don't see anything yet. If you got an email today from us, it was an "oops" as we unintentionally sent a few out to folks.
