    I wasn't sure on the terminology to use. I can find alot of archive list options but so far haven't found exactly what I'm after with installation that I'm familiar with. A WP newbie here. 🙂

    I have figured it out and have my header in at the size i like but the background of the image is not transparent so you can see a white box around the image. I made the image with a transparent background. I'm been trying to see if i can find a background colour code in the style file but i cannot find one. Not sure how to adjust this part now.

    Yep I changed the dimensions but it is still only showing the smaller section on the actual page. I'm not sure what style i need to adjust to get it to show the whole image.

    I've managed to work out how to fix the spacing around the text widget containing the facebook code however Firebug did not show me how to fix the other part..

    Now I'm having trouble with the loading circle just keeps spinning when I save things and now the save function doesn't seem to be working.

    Thank you everyone for your feedback. I'm happy to say my site is back online and back in the state it was before I got the WSOD.

    I submitted a help ticket with Studio Press and they requested a copy of the functions and styles files which I sent and were able to advise which part of the code triggered the problem. I was then able to FTP into the site and upload amended file and then rename the directories back and apply the theme again and voila my site is back. I found the support very efficient which was great.

    I have now gone and enabled the wp-debug option and have downloaded the code snippets plugin.

    Although it was a bit stressful at the time I've learnt a few things now so that is the positive. So now I can continue trying to customise my site to the way I want it so I can try to launch it in the next month or so. 🙂
