If you are going to use the mega menu, you probably will need to remove the mobile setting all together, i.e., the JS file and the responsive code from your stylesheet.

March 11, 2019 at 6:43 pm in reply to: Magazine Pro – how to align posts in Home middle widget area ? #489963AnitaKeymasterIf you had a site previously and switched themes, more than likely you may need to "regenerate" your thumbnails. Try this - https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.

AnitaKeymasterSince it's only on that post, it's probably an unclide </div> in there from one of your codes inside the body of the content. Check for that.

February 7, 2019 at 8:56 am in reply to: Google Analytics not tracking the "Total events by event action" (clicks) #489395AnitaKeymasterI would recommend using the plugin separately versus the Header Scripts box as the plugins are coded specifically to look at different things. The code shouldn't really be coded into a theme anyway.

January 15, 2019 at 7:37 pm in reply to: how to increase page speed for parallax pro theme in Mobile #309385AnitaKeymasterWhatever tool you are using to run your test should provide you with what needs to be optimized. It could be CSS, it may be JS. But you need to review the report to see what you are failing.

AnitaKeymasterAnd did you rollback WordPress to PRE-5.0 to see if would be working okay?

AnitaKeymasterThe coding is set by design to display above the text in this media query:
@media only screen and (max-width: 800px)
That code is:
blockquote::before { position: relative; left: -8px; height: 80px; top: auto; }
You will need to adjust this code, along with:
blockquote { margin-left: 15px; margin-right: 15px; margin-top: 0; }
...to your desired look for your devices.

AnitaKeymasterA couple things. Do you know what version of PHP your site is running on? If not, add this plugin called Display PHP Version. Once installed/activated, go to the Dashboard and you will see the version has been add. If it's say, 5.6 or something lower than that - you should increase the PHP version.
If you are already up to 7.1+, then possibly downgrade WordPress using this plugin. Before you proceed though, I'd make a backup of the site.

AnitaKeymasterI've tested it on mobile and in responsive browser and it's working fine - https://demo.studiopress.com/authority/blockquote/. Are you testing the demo page on mobile or a page with the blockquote from a website you are working on.

AnitaKeymasterIn the Facebook group they had mentioned something about one coming down the pipeline, but I don't think it will be before at least March maybe.

AnitaKeymasterAs andytc suggested, you would use some sort of pop up modal.

January 9, 2019 at 7:14 pm in reply to: Converting a traditional WordPress 5.0 website to Gutenberg? #240198AnitaKeymasterTake a look at Bill Erickson's post "Getting your theme ready for Gutenberg" - https://www.billerickson.net/getting-your-theme-ready-for-gutenberg/. That should get you started.

AnitaKeymasterThe StudioPress community forum is for Genesis Framework users. Not Equity Framework. Equity has it's own framework with it's own changelog and updates. You may want to reach out to the Equity developers for this - https://www.agentevolution.com/support-policy/ since it's not related to the Genesis Framework or StudioPress.

AnitaKeymasterLook in your stylesheet to the HTML color code #d23836. Change that to your designed color code.

AnitaKeymasterIf you need to add on to the snippet, you should remove you code from the autoads box in the Genesis theme settings and add the code manually to your website. I think StudioPress maybe be removing the autoads from the settings page in the future.

AnitaKeymasterI think you could benefit from adding the Genesis Visual Hook Guide plugin in the site which will help you target those areas - https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-visual-hook-guide/.
