abbypandaMemberUpdate: I just need the menu dropdown to be transparent now (not white) and when you hover over them they turn white like the background please help with that.
December 27, 2015 at 10:09 pm in reply to: Old Modern Theme: How to Stop sub menu from "auto opening" #174917abbypandaMemberOk here we go this is the problem. I am using safari. i bet it's a browser issue, thank you for pointing this out. It also does it on my iPhone tho, but thats also safari. and it shifts everything left which is weird on mobile. I will see if I can post a screen shot. So if it's a browser issue, how do I fix that?
December 27, 2015 at 4:15 pm in reply to: Old Modern Theme: How to Stop sub menu from "auto opening" #174907abbypandaMemberThank you susan, yes I dont wan the galleries to be clickable b/c the link would take you no where. I just want ppl to hover over it and it show a drop down menu, which it does now fine. I like how that works. I just dont want the sub menus to "auto open" (beautiful world >macro >landscapes) unless someone hovers on the category specividlLY. now the whole sub categories are auto opening and I dont like that.
I only want macro and landscapes to "open" when someone hovers on "beautiful world" not "galleries" if this makes sense?abbypandaMemberOk I got rid of my plugin and put the google fonts, but I still can't get the landing page headers to change. I got them to change once with the code but it changed them on all the other pages too (default pages, etc).
Any tips?
Thanks for the help so farabbypandaMemberThanks for your help. I can't seem to get them to work. I used the google fonts plugin to set the fonts on all the pages, but it doesnt have an option to exclude certain page templates. I wonder if the plugin is over riding the css I put there.
Any idea how I can over ride the plugin on that page?
abbypandaMemberThanks for the help David!
May 6, 2014 at 11:01 am in reply to: Help! Designer messed up my site and won't respond: Education Theme #103857abbypandaMemberThanks, I checked the page templates and they are all set to "default".
I don't think that's it. I thin whatever CSS he put in there to override the category only on the front page over rid the display on every single page. Can anyone help.

abbypandaMemberFantastic thank you so so much!
abbypandaMemberI'd like to know this as well.
abbypandaMemberJust tried the image sizing and still having an issue. It looks even worse on mobile. As far as the header, I'm not sure what I did there but I uploaded it through the standard wordpress header settings. I tried using the sizes that wordpress recommended. That didnt work. I just kept cropping it until It looked right. This theme has such issues with images.
abbypandaMemberThank you so much Sylvia and hang on let me check the logo. brb
