    I have the instagram feed on my page, but the title is aligned left and I can't figure out where to add the padding to just the title or center it.

    You are using a plugin to manage your CSS. The instagram title is being controlled by this:

    body.gppro-custom .before-footer .widget-title {
        font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;
        font-size: 17px;
        font-style: normal;
        text-align: left;
    }

    This comes from the plugin and is overriding the style sheet. You can try adding the following to style.css:

    .null-instagram-feed .widget-title {
        text-align: center !important;
    }
