Is there a link to documentation to upgrade from the old Agent Press to Agency Pro without losing all of my old posts?

http://south-forsyth-real-estate.com/Posts and pages are stored in the WordPress database. You won't lose any posts by updating a theme. You may lose content embedded in text widgets, but anything stored in the WordPress post table is safe.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Can you create a subdomain on your server? If you clone your site to a development instance, you can make all the changes you want without risking production. You can also setup a local environment on your personal computer and experiment there.

I like my current site, but it is not mobile friendly so I have make some kind of change. I was hoping changing the template would not make a "major change" but I guess it will.Thanks again!
There are quite a few developers that will update a theme for you at a low cost. You might want to consider asking someone if you're uncomfortable with doing it yourself.
