Hope somebody can assist me with this. ....

I have posts showing in the homepage. However, the title of the first post is cut off, so shows only its second line. This is the same with an archive list, where the title of the first post shown is cut off. Please see the document in the link provided.

Also, with the main menu, is there a way to reduce the distance (ie line height) between the two lines of menu items?
