I am using two Featured Page Widgets, included at the end of my Content section, on my Front Page but the Pages that are displayed in these Widgets aren't formatted according to the Pages that I am calling. None of the actual formatting from the actual pages are shown in the Featured Page (e.g. Bold, Italics, Paragraphs, etc.). Is this a common issue with Featured Page or is there something I'm doing wrong?

This isn't a Genesis question. By default, WordPress strips HTML from excerpts and content limited text. Google "allow html in excerpts" and you'll find hundreds of articles.

There is a plugin solution for dropped tags in the featured page widget.

    Genesis Featured Page Advanced

This worked for me. It would be nice if this was a standard part of the Author Pro theme, so all book titles are italic site-wide (authors hate it when their italics get dropped from their book titles); but generally a great plugin that allows all HTML tags to show in extract areas. Use the "show custom content" option inside the widget and paste in your HTML from the "text" tab of your chosen featured page.
