    I tried to use this css code to stop the Centric navigation bar from expanding but it didn't work:
    .site-header .wrap
    padding: 0 40px;
    min-height: 80px;
    }

    Any help would be appreciated. I just don't like the navigation bar expanding every time a page opens. I just want it static because it also blocks people from seeing the home page message on mobile devices when they first pull up the site. The height of the nav bar should stay at around 60 to 80px or so if that makes sense.

    That's the correct way to adjust the size. You need to make sure both of those directives are in in the right place. The padding goes in the class at line 700. The min-height is at line 694. It looks like you are using caching software. Make sure you clear the cache before refreshing the browser, otherwise you'll never see the change.
