I am using the Prose Theme and also using Genesis ClubPro Backstretch to setup the Header, which is set in a Widget within the Credibility Footer.

If you look at my Development Site http://PeterCruikshank.com/dev you will see that the Header consists of Text on the left & middle, and then an image of me with a dragon on the right. Currently both are combined in one image file. What I want to do is separate the Text from the pic of me/dragon so that someone could click on Text and go to Home Page while if they click on pic of me/dragon, it would bring up a larger picture, that would not only include pic of me/dragon, but some other information as well.

I don't know how to separate out the image from the Text so I essentially have side-by-side Header files :0(

This is not a straightforward task because the text overlaps the dragon. Your arm is underneath the K of your last name. The first thing is you need to split the image using an image editor. You would then position the two images using CSS. This is a link to some very basic custom site header code, but this would have to modified a bit to accommodate two images. If you have development skills, it should get you pointed in the right direction: http://victorfont.com/genesis-seo-schema-site-logo/
