    I have been tweaking the Smart Passive Income theme on my site for a while and have made the body wider.

    It looks great on a desktop which is where 80% of my traffic comes from, however I checked it on my wifes ipad last night and it didn't collapse properly and had two columns (content / sidebar) instead of full width content and sidebar underneath.

    I am looking for the number in the theme that determines when to to drop the sidebar underneath content for a tablet.

    Thanks

    Look for the media queries in style.css, generally near the bottom of the file. You can test sizes with your browser's built-in responsive testing tool.

    When you change content widths as you did with the 80% on desktop, this mean you need to make the adjustment in the media queries and/or add a new media query to accommodate your change in desktop. Your new breakpoint is 1023px.

    Ok, so I am assuming it's this line 2366

    @media
    only screen and (max-width: 880px) {

    If I wind that up to 1023px then view on a tablet will go to single page of content, at the moment it' won't break until it hits 880px?

    Is that correct

    You can try that or just create a new breakpoint for 1023px just for the area you modified.

    My site is still not playing well on a tablet?

    I have this on style.css line 2366

    @media
    only screen and (max-width: 1023px) {

    Do I need to do anymore?

    Basically page does not break to single page on ipad - it splits content and sidebar 50/50 which looks awful
