    I'm having issues with a new widget that i registered on the Education child theme.... I successfully registered the widget, and it works properly, however......... it pushes the primary sidebar down instead of wrapping and showing the primary sidebar the way it should if there were posts or a page..... take a look and see what i'm doing wrong or how to push the sidebar back up right next to the new widget....

    Here are the two edits i made... one was to the functions.php file and one was to the home.php file to add the widget to the home page:
