This site was built in Prose, I know which is now no longer updated. Using the latest WP and Genesis.

I just installed SSL in this site, added the Really simple ssl plugin. The site is now broken.

The home page is a mess. The navigation and slider is gone. The header space is wrong.

The content below the slider on the home page shows not styling. Somehow CSS is not being applied.

this can't be just from adding the SSL. ANy ideas anyone?

    THanks.

Are you using any caching or minification plugins? When you enable SSL with your plugin, the URLs for all of site's assets are changed to https in real time. Caching and minification plugins wouldn't necessarily pick up those changes.

    Hi Victor,

Thanks so much for your suggestion.

I use WP Supercache. Have deleted cache and deactivated the plugin. The site is back. So do I reactivate the plugin again and/or use a new caching plugin.
