problem with Simple Social Icons after updating WordPress

Hi, I just updated to the latest version of WordPress and the appearance of my social media icons in the front end went totally messed up. I'm using Simple Social Icons plugin. I have deactivated the plugin for now, but does anyone have any ideas please?

I had to clear my cache and reload my page. The new version of Simple Social Icons uses SVG graphics instead of an icon font. Customizations done for the earlier version won't work with the new version.

Same issue with me. My social icons are all messed up. I did modify the code to reorder the icons back when I first installed the plugin. Not sure how to go about fixing the issue now...

I understand how to reorder the icons. The problem is that my icons are appearing all messed up. See the screenshot below for what I'm talking about.

I have the same issue. Emptying the cache and updating to 2.0.1 didn't resolve it either.
Any ideas?
