    Hi guys,

    I have a complex issue to which I could really do with some help on.

    This is the problem....

    I am able to play the video and enter my details on the page from both my mobile and desktop but OTHERS are not.

    At first I thought it was the cookie plugin I had on the page. I have now changed that to one which is implied (required by EU Law) rather than one where people had to agree to having a cookie placed on their page.

    I have asked a number of people to test the page and again the page worked perfectly fine for some but for others not - even though the cookie has now been changed.

    I really thought changing the 'cookie' would resolve this. But it has not.

    I have tried to see if it is only the page or my whole website is the problem but it only seems to be the page - http://butterflywealthcreation.com/free-gift.

    Do you think it could be the coding on the page as I got a person from Fiverr to created the layout of the page which he then added to the landing page. Do you think there is something in the coding that is blocking some from interacting with the page properly?

    Again, I just have to say that the page OPENS fully for everyone but some can click on the page and watch the video and others cannot.
