Plug-in that Creates a Form and places it under the Header

Hi,

Does anyone know of a free plug-in that will create a horizontal banner with a sign-up form in it just below the header, one that can integrate with MailPoet. MailPoet only makes vertical forms and you have to format the layout using CSS if you want it horizontal. The deadline is approaching soon and I'm having problems formatting it and wanted to see if there was a plug-in that can create it for me and place it under the header, that works with MailPoet.

Or, is there a way to add a vertical MailPoet sign-up form in the actual header itself, that would sit on top of the header image, on the left side? This way, I wouldn't have to format it, I would just need to figure out how to get it in the header.

You really don't need a plugin to do this. Creating a form of 2 fields is very easy. What I'd be concerned about is that most email services have a number of hidden fields that are required to make their forms work properly and connect to your list. You wouldn't see these unless you know how to read the source code.

As far as horizontal vs. vertical, this is purely CSS. You can make any vertical form horizontal and any horizontal form vertical just by adjusting the CSS.
