Hi. I hope someone can help. I have used WC on multiple web sites and never had a problem before and I know how to use it. I installed it on my site that is using Parallax Pro and find that the WC sidebar widget is not included. In other words, when I go to Appearance > Widgets there should be a widget called "WC Sidebar" so I can add what I want onto that sidebar, however, I can't because it's missing.

I did install previously the plug in Genesis Simple Sidebars which has now been deleted. I don't know if something got changed. When I installed WC it didn't add the WC sidebar by default????

I deactivated the Simple Sidebar plugin. Then deleted and reinstalled WC and still not sidebar. I'm at a loss!

    Thanks for any assistance!

This has nothing to do with the Genesis Framework. I searched through the WooCommerce source code and can't find anything that registers the side bar even though there is still a sidebar template in the global/template directory. You may want to open a support ticket WooCommerce about this.

Thank you. I contacted them first and they told me to contact the plugin or StudioPress. Maybe I'll just go w/ another ecommerce and be done w/ it. LOL. Thanks anyway.

I decided just to use the default sidebar and add the WC widgets to it. No big deal for this site. Thank you!
