    I'm currently working to finish up a website along with my professor using the Studiopress Parallax Pro theme. We are happy with the theme so far however, we are hoping to tweak it just a little bit. As part of the theme's responsiveness the header image shifts to above the header menu once the website is viewed at less than 950px width. When viewed at more than 950px width the header image appears directly to the right of the header menu which pushes the menu onto a second line (not very appealing). I was hoping that there would be some way to tweak the theme so that the header image always appeared above the header menu, even when viewed with more than 950px width. When my professor first purchased the theme he saw the title over menu orientation in the thumbnail and preferred it aesthetically, he assumed there would be some setting in the theme to switch it to that orientation.

    Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions that people can provide.

    You need to change the CSS in 3 places in style.css:

    Line: 916:

    .title-area {
        padding: 20px 0;
        width: 100%;
    }

    Line 946:

    .header-image .site-title > a {
        background-size: contain !important;
        display: block;
        height: 70px;
        text-indent: -9999px;
        max-width: 360px;
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    Line 965:

    .site-header .widget-area {
        width: 100%;
        text-align: center;
    }

    Thank you for your response Victor. I made the adjustments you suggested to the style.css file, but it does not seem to have made any changes. I edited the file using Notepad++ and uploaded it to a the server via FTP. I also checked the file with the internal WordPress editor and made sure that the changes were there. Am I doing something wrong?

    Clear all of your caches. Also, hold the shift key down when you refresh the page. This forces the browser to reload the style sheet.

    I thought refreshing the page would have done the trick, I feel a little foolish. Thank you very much Victor.
