    For the life of me, I don't know what's going on but my pages aren't showing anything. I've used this theme before and haven't had any issues, I must be missing something very basic.

    It looks like you installed WooCommerce and didn't allow the plugin to create the required pages. If you don't create the required pages, all pages are blank. You can also deactivate WooCommerce and your content should return.
