    right now is

    sunshine
    team

i would like for it to be:

all the way across in one line.

Your header is 1140px wide. Your site title area is 340px wide and your header-right widget area is 740px. Your text requires at least 561px to display on a single line. You need to change the widths of both of these areas to accommodate your text. Change the title area width around line 1047 in style.css to 570px and change the .site-header .widget-area around line 1102 to 510px.
