    Hi everyone. I recently installed the No Sidebar Pro theme on my primary blog https://www.nevillehobson.com

    At that time, I didn't add any widgets to the footer widget area. Now I want to, but can't find that area at all. Footer1, Footer2, Footer3... none of these appears in the list of widget areas you get in a dropdown when you click on the title bar of a widget.

    Any suggestions on how I can set up the footer widget area? Can't see anything in the theme setup guide.

    No-sidebar Pro is a minimalist theme. Footer widgets are not activated. To activate footer widgets, add the following to functions.php:

    //* Add support for 3-column footer widgets
add_theme_support( 'genesis-footer-widgets', 3 );
