I can not figure out where to change my header logo. It is too long for the space it is in:

You didn't take the border for the #wrap element into account. The CSS for the wrap is at line 46 in style.css. It adds a 10px border all the way around the body of your site. You can either change the width of the site to 980px in the wrap CSS or reduce the size of the image by 10px in the #header CSS at line 58.
