    Hello everyone,

Has anyone had the problem where the footer in the Monochrome Pro theme does not always work? See the site here: http://www.kozubkloberdanz.com/

So it works MOST of the time on all pages, but randomly the scrolling cuts off the logo.

    Any thoughts on this?

    Thanks!

The Monochrome Pro theme calculates the .site-container margin-bottom dimension with jQuery found in global.js. It determines the .site-container margin-bottom size based on the footer outerwidth().

For some indeterminable reason, the margin-bottom on the home page is being calculated at 106px, where every other page sees it at 186px.

What I would do is comment out the code in global.js that calculates margin-bottom and just add margin-bottom: 186px; to the .site-container CSS around line 678 in style.css.

    Hey Victor,

Thanks for the quick reply! I will make that adjustment and see how it goes. What is REALLY strange is that sometimes the footer is fine. It seems like if you scroll to the bottom too quickly, that's when things go wrong.

And it has broken on other pages, not just the homepage. That said, most of the time the footer does in fact work fine. So it is an odd situation.

    Thanks again!
    Tadhg
