    Greetings - I would like to add a paragraph or two to the top of the portfolio "page". Where do I find the "page" on which all the portfolios are listed? I see the "page" is named portfolio.

    There is no WordPress page in that you'll find one in the database as with other static pages. The archive-portfolio.php file is the template that displays the portfolio custom post types.
